From Village Prek Pouy to the World
Tiptop Energy began as a grassroots movement in Village Prek Pouy, Commune Koky, Cambodia. The mission was inaugurated by a small collective of friends who decided to stop waiting for change and start creating it.
The first three trees were planted by our founder alongside Mr. Vorn Savoeun and Mrs. Chin Sophally—the "Founding Trio."
